恩典下

同意kelly所講, 跑步是好悶的運動.
特別是自己一個的時候.

不過最近, 開始嘗試"享受".
:)

Leave some time for your mind, your body,
is actually quite a good choice.

some also said,
"happy elements" are relased from our brain
when doing aerobic exercises.
